By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using any part of the 777bac platform — whether through a web browser, mobile browser, or any other supported access method — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. This agreement comes into effect at the moment you tick the acceptance checkbox during account registration, or at the moment you first access any part of the platform if no explicit checkbox interaction occurs.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 777bac with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede any prior representations, discussions, or understandings, whether written or verbal. • Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point when requested by 777bac.
• Using the platform while under the age of 18.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit any game or system vulnerability.
• Colluding with other players during live casino or card game sessions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 777bac platform software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 777bac staff members or other players in any communication channel.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of pricing or bonus errors.

777bac monitors platform activity continuously. Players found in violation of this section may have their accounts suspended without notice, with balances held pending investigation. The outcome of any investigation may include permanent account closure, full or partial balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant financial or law enforcement authorities where applicable.

777bac reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Reasons that may lead to account action include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity or age verification, or activity inconsistent with responsible gaming standards.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms:

• Any bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited immediately.
• Real money balances may be withheld pending completion of an investigation. If no breach is confirmed, any verified real money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method.
• 777bac will notify the player of the account action via the contact details held on the account, except in cases where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.

Players who have had an account closed for breach of these Terms are not permitted to re-register on 777bac. Attempts to circumvent a closure by registering a new account will result in immediate closure of the new account and forfeiture of any associated funds.

777bac provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate, and free from technical faults, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues, or events beyond our reasonable control may periodically affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777bac shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, however caused and regardless of whether 777bac has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any losses resulting from your reliance on game odds, statistics, or information displayed on the platform.
• Any technical malfunction of a third-party game provider's software that affects game outcomes, provided that 777bac has acted in good faith in the resolution process.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 777bac's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

777bac reserves the right to revise, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 777bac will notify registered players via the contact details held on their account — typically via email or an in-platform notification — with a reasonable period of notice before the revised Terms take effect.

For minor amendments that do not materially affect players' rights or obligations (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or restructuring of existing clauses without substantive change), 777bac may update the Terms immediately without prior notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the 777bac platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and return of any verified real money balance.
